Events Component: Receive Notifications with new RSVPs

Events Component: RSVP Notification

Your Non-Profit Soapbox Website can notify the admin or the Event Contact everytime an individual RSVPs to any event.

In order to turn on this feature for ALL events on your website:
1) Log into your Non-Profit Soapbox Administrator
2) Go to Components > Events > Configuration
3) Click on Configuration
4) Click on the 'Reservations' tab
5) For 'Global Notify Administrators', choose 'Yes', if you would like to notify the website administrator of any RSVPs
6) For 'Global Notify Event Contacts', choose 'Yes', if you would like to notify the Event Contacts of any RSVPs

OR

In order to turn on this feature event-by-event on your website:
1) Log into your Non-Profit Soapbox Administrator
2) Go to Components > Events > Manage Events
3) When the 'Manage Events' page loads, click on 'New' or edit an existing event
4) Click on the 'Contact Info' tab on the right hand side of the page
5) You will find a drop down menu called 'Notify of RSVPs', from which you can choose:
a) Use Global: Use settings in global configuration (see above)
b) Yes: Send email notifications of RSVPs to Event Contact
c) No: Do not send email notifications of RSVPs to Event Contact
