When placing photos on your Non-Profit Soapbox site, you'll often find that the size of the photos you're trying to add are very large (i.e. greater than 100KB in size). In order to have photos on your site download quickly and easily, you should take the following two points into consideration:
1) Make sure photos you upload are less than 50KB in size.
2) Make sure photos are less than 400px (about 4 inches) wide.

For free, you can upload your photo, resize it, edit it, and save it to any format you'd like. We recommend saving your image to one of the following: PNG, GIF, JPEG. Choose whichever one uploads with the smallest size.
