To create a new page and menu item that links to it:

1. Go to 'Content > Static Content Manager'
2. Click 'New'
3. Enter the Title and main body text
4. Click 'Save'
5. Go to 'Menus > mainmenu'
6. Click 'New'
7. Choose 'Link - Static Content'
8. Click 'Next'
9. Enter the menu title
10. Choose the new page from the Static Content box
11. Click 'Save'
