Anchor links are hyperlinks that link to another part of the same page (usually lower down the page) so that visitors don't have to scroll all the way down on a really long page.
To make an anchor link:
1. Open the content item within which you'd like to place the anchor/link combination and enter all the text you want.
2. Place your cursor where you want to place the anchor. This is where the longer job description starts, where the hyperlink will jump down to.
3. On the toolbar of your WYSIWYG editor, click on the icon with an anchor on it (it is on the second row of icons, fifth from the left).
4. A small window will pop-up where you will enter a name for this anchor, and then click 'Insert'. An anchor has now just been placed in your item, where your cursor is. You should be able to see it right there in the text.
5. Now go to the part of the content item where you want to place the link that will link to the anchor that you just made, and highlight the text that you want to hyperlink.
6. Click on the 'Insert/edit link' button, the same one you use to place regular hyperlinks. This button has a small chain on it, and is found on the bottom row of your toolbar.
7. A small window will pop up. In the 'General' tab, find the field called 'Anchors'. Your anchor that you named can be chosen from that dropdown menu. After you select your anchor, click 'Insert'.
8. Click 'Save' or 'Apply'
9. Your text is now hyperlinked to the anchor. Test it on the front end.
