    Our technicians continue to work on a solution to the power outage. To provide more details on the situation, a number of servers at that location, in addition to those powering Non-Profit Soapbox, are currently affected by a PDU (Power Distribution Unit) failure. The technicians are currently in the process of troubleshooting the affected circuit and will be replacing or temporariliy routing around the affected PDU as soon as the process is complete.

    We will provide further details once we have them including any and all estimates on time until service is returned.

    As an update, we are happy to report that power has been restored to the servers running your Non-Profit Soapbox site. Our technicians are currently working on a downstream issue related to the connectivity of your website with the underlying database server which contains the site content. We will continue to update you as new information is available.

    As of a few minutes ago, service was restored to Non-Profit Soapbox sites. We will continue to monitor the situation and update as needed but your site should be up and receiving traffic.
