PICnet Support Closed Tuesday and Wednesday for our Quarterly Retreat, and Annual User Summit


Hello from PICnet Support!

As you know, we are always working to make our Soapbox products - and your experience using them - the absolute best that they can be!  And doing that requires us to take a break from time to time to connect with ourselves as a team, and with our clients.

Tomorrow, Tuesday May 7th we are gathering all of the PICnet staff together in our home office in Washington DC for a wonderful day of planning, strategizing, road mapping, and overall brainstorming on how we can make PICnet and Soapbox even better than it already is.

And on Wednesday, we are hosting our annual Soapbox User Summit, where we will be welcoming our clients from all over the country to come together in Washington DC to learn, share and network.  This is a great way to find out how other Soapbox clients are using our tools to positively effect our world, and to share your own successful strategies!

Because of these two incredibly important events, PICnet offices will be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday, and this will include Support services.  We will be back on Thursday of course, raring to go and excited to assist you with your tickets!
