This message is just a heads-up that it is time once again for our annual PICnet corporate retreat. We are going to hide ourselves away for a few days and put our heads together to find lots of ways to make the products and services you rely on even better.
This means that our offices - including Support services - will be closed for a couple of business days. We will be away from our desks Monday and Tuesday, September 16th and 17th, and on limited hours/staff due to travel Friday the 13th, and Wednesday and Thursday, September 18th and 19th.
But don't worry- we will be back in full force on Friday September 20th, freshly returned with tons of strategies and ideas to help make your Soapbox experience even better.
If you have a site-down emergency, please open a ticket and select the "HELP! My Site Is Down!" option (which alerts our *entire* emergency response team so please use it judiciously).
