Ticket response time during Dreamforce next week


Greetings PICnet Support Clients!

I just wanted to write to let you know that next week, 11/18 - 11/22, the bulk of PICnet staff - including myself - will be attending Salesforce's Dreamforce conference in San Francisco, California.

Salesforce is becoming increasingly important to the nonprofit community in general and our Soapbox clients in particular - and, therefore, to PICnet.  We view this as an wonderful opportunity to immerse ourselves in all things Salesforce-y for a few days, and bring back tons of ideas and information that will help us to make our products and services better for you.

We may even see many of you out there! If you're attending, feel free to stop by our Soapbox Engage booth at the Foundation Zone at the Hilton Union Square. We'd love to chat!

Our help desk will remain open and we will be working to continue to address incoming tickets.  However, as we will be on a skeleton staff for the week we ask for your patience as response times will likely be affected.

If you have issues that can be addressed starting the week of the 25th, it would be a huge help if you could hold those tickets until that time.
