Ticket response time during Dreamforce 2014 next week

Greetings PICnet Support Users!

I am writing to let you know that next week - Monday, 10/13 through Thursday, 10/16 - the bulk of PICnet staff will be attending Salesforce's Dreamforce conference in San Francisco, California.

Salesforce is becoming increasingly important to the nonprofit community in general and Soapbox users in particular - and, therefore, to PICnet.  We view this as an wonderful opportunity to immerse ourselves in all things Salesforce-y for a few days, and bring back tons of ideas and information that will help us to make our products and services better for you.

We may even see many of you out there! If you're attending, feel free to stop by our Soapbox Engage booth at the Foundation Zone at the Marriott Marquis Hotel. We'd love to chat!

Our help desk will remain open and we will be working to continue to address incoming tickets.  However, as we will be on a skeleton staff for the week we ask for your patience as response times will likely be affected.

If you have issues that can be addressed starting the week of the 20th, it would be a huge help if you could hold those tickets until that time.

Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we invest time in tooling up on current trends and new knowledge to make your experience with Soapbox even better.
