The PICnet offices, including non-emergency support services, will be closed for the holidays beginning Thursday, December 25th through Thursday, January 1st. We will resume normal operations on Friday, January 2nd. The Help Desk will be open for ticket submissions, however, non-emergency tickets will not be addressed until after the 2nd.
If you have a site emergency - your site is down and/or inaccessible from the web - please call the PICnet main number at 202.585.0232 and select option "6" or open a ticket and select "Help! My site is down."
