PICnet Holiday Schedule - Closed December 25th through January 3rd


The PICnet offices, including non-emergency support services, will be closed for the holidays beginning Friday, December 25th through Sunday, January 3rd.  We will resume normal operations on Monday, January 4th.  The Soapbox Support Center will be open for ticket submissions, however, non-emergency tickets will not be addressed until after the 3rd.

If you have a site emergency - your site is down and/or inaccessible from the web - you can:

  1. Open a ticket at and select "Help! My site is down"; or
  2. Call the PICnet main number at 202-585-0232 and follow the prompts to reach our emergency support team. 

In either case, our emergency support team will be alerted and we will respond to you shortly thereafter.
