As a final update to this thread, we have confirmed continued, sustained normal service across the Soapbox platform.
The period of intermittent slowness or lack of responsiveness was caused by suspicious traffic to Soapbox. This suspicious traffic used significant network resources, thereby slowing down legitimate traffic. We've targeted the offending suspicious traffic, banned it from our network, and confirmed that the network is functioning smoothly again.
As always, we will continue to monitor Soapbox to ensure maximum responsiveness across the network.
