Reviewing past invoices for your Soapbox account

If you need to review past invoices for your Soapbox account, you can do so in your Soapbox administrator using our Billing page. In order to access the Billing page in the administrator navigation, you will need to have the have either the Soapbox Lightning administrator interface enabled or the Soapbox CMS Classic administrator.

If you have the Soapbox Engage Classic administrator, you will need to switch to Soapbox Lightning. For more details on the Soapbox Lightning administrator interface, check out this article.

To review past invoices in the Soapbox Lightning Administrator:

  • Click the App Launcher waffle to the left of the navigation bar
  • In the App Launcher popup, type "Billing" in the search field and click Utilities > Billing in the All Items section of the results
  • On the Billing view, click the Invoices tab
  • On the Invoices tab, you will see a list of all invoices associated with your account in reverse chronological order, their amount and their status
  • To review further details for a given invoice, including a list of individual line items, or to download a PDF version of the invoice, click the invoice name to open the invoice detail view

To review past invoices in the Soapbox CMS Classic Administrator:

  • Go to Components > Billing
  • On the Billing view, click the Invoices tab
  • On the Invoices tab, you will see a list of all invoices associated with your account in reverse chronological order, their amount and their status
  • To review further details for a given invoice, including a list of individual line items, or to download a PDF version of the invoice, click the invoice name to open the invoice detail view

Note:  This currently is only available to Soapbox Engage and Soapbox CMS clients, and does not appear Soapbox Mailer clients. For Soapbox Mailer clients in need of past invoices and receipts, please open a ticket for our billing department and a staff member will contact you to obtain your updated credit card information.
