How can I move a reservation and tickets from one event to another?

We have recurring events. Occasionally, someone will sign up for an event, then need to change to a future date. How do we move them while keeping all the data associated with their payment as well as their ticket data?

Great question!

To move the registration on the Salesforce side, you would need to update:

 

1) the Campaign for the Contact

2) The Campaign for the Opportunity

3) The Campaign for the Tickets to be associated

 

And associate them all with the Campaign of the future event

 

Then on the Soapbox side, you can:

1) Log into admin then navigate to the Events component

2) Go to the Reservations tab

3) Edit the reservation

4) Select the event they wish to associate the tickets with

5) Save
