Viewing attendee information in Soapbox Events

If you have enabled collection of attendee information during the registration process, you can view these records in Soapbox Events in three different places: the Event Summary tab, the Event Reservation tab, or the Soapbox Events main Reservation tab.

To view them on the Event Summary tab:

  1. Open the Soapbox Event whose attendee information you wish to view
  2. On the Summary tab, scroll down to the Reservations table at the bottom of the view
  3. Locate the specific reservation you are interested in viewing. To aid in this, you can click the column headings to sort by a given column.
  4. In the Tickets column, click the number of tickets to open a popup displaying the attendee information

To view them on the Event Reservations tab:

  1. Open the Soapbox Event whose attendee information you wish to view
  2. Click the Reservations tab
  3. Locate the specific reservation you are interested in viewing. To aid in this, you can click the column headings to sort by a given column.
  4. In the Tickets column, click the number of tickets to open a popup displaying the attendee information
  5. You may also export a list of reservations or attendees from this view

To view them on the Soapbox Events main Reservation tab:

  1. Open the Soapbox Event whose attendee information you wish to view
  2. Click the Reservations tab. This will display all reservations for all events.
  3. Locate the specific reservation for the specific event you are interested in viewing. To aid in this, you can click the column headings to sort by a given column. You may also use the Filter field to search for the name of the ticket orderer, the event title or the event date.
  4. In the Tickets column, click the number of tickets to open a popup displaying the attendee information
