By default, Soapbox Events sends reservation confirmation emails using the global email address and email name of your website as the From Email Address and From Email Name.
If you wish, you can customize both of these for a given event. To do so:
- Open the event for which you wish to customize the From email
- Go to the Messages tab
- For From Email Name, enter the name you wish to appear to the orderer as the sender of the confirmation email
- For From Email Address, enter the email from which you wish to appear to the orderer as the sender of the confirmation email
- Click Save
