Why are my Salesforce.com Settings missing from the control panel?

When you're viewing the Control Panel's Salesforce.com Settings in Soapbox Engage, you may notice that the Salesforce Password and Salesforce Security Token fields are blank, even though you've added information for those fields.  This is normal.  As a measure of security, we completely hide the values of those fields.

If you're unsure whether your Soapbox Engage account is properly connected to Salesforce, just click the Diagnostics icon (the picture of the computer monitor) on near the top-right of your page, and check the "Salesforce Credentials" value to make sure it says "WORKING".
