We have a lot of old Campaigns in Salesforce. When we are associating a Campaign with a given Soapbox Engage app page, the list of available Campaigns is very long which makes it difficult to find the Campaign in question. Is there a way to clean that up so that there aren't so many Campaigns in the drop-down list?
Soapbox is displays all of the active Campaigns in the Campaign [Select] popup for Soapbox Engage app pages. If you uncheck the Active checkbox for a Campaign in Salesforce, it will no longer appear in the Campaign popup in Soapbox. You may need to clear the Salesforce cache in Soapbox for this to take affect immediately after updating a Campaign in Soapbox.
