Why is my Campaign not appearing in the Campaign [Select] popup?


Only Campaigns that have their Active check box ticket off in Salesforce will appear in the Campaign [Select] popup for an app. If a Campaign you know is in Salesforce isn't appearing in the popup, please review the record in Salesforce and tick off the Active check box, if is not currently ticked off.

After updating the record in Salesforce, clear the cache in Soapbox and attempt to add the Campaign again.
