It's never fun to realize you have forgotten a password - or that what you thought was your password apparently isn't.
Fortunately, it's possible to reset your password with Soapbox's password recovery feature.
You can find that at http://EXAMPLE.COM/component/user/reset where EXAMPLE.COM is substituted for your site’s domain name.
You will be asked to enter your email address. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address with a confirmation code and a link. Follow the link, and enter the code. A new temporary password will then be emailed to you. You may use that password to log in, and then change the password if you desire.
