Why can't I see any Email Templates when selecting one for my campaign?

When creating a new Soapbox Mailer Campaign, a user might discover that you can't find any of your Email Templates that you've created for Soapbox Mailer.  Here's a few steps you can take to find them.

1) On the Campaign record, in edit mode, after clicking the lookup icon to the right of the Email Template field, a popup window will appear to allow you to select the Email Template.  By default, this shows the "most recent" templates selected by your Salesforce user.  If none appear, that might just mean that this user hasn't selected a template in the past.  Simply put an asterisk ("*") in the search box, and click the Go! button.  After clicking the Go! button, all of your Email Templates should appear.
