How do I edit the Sender name and address that appears in the email footer?


The Sender name and address that appears in the footer of Soapbox Mailer emails is determined by the Company Information contained in your Salesforce account.

To edit the name and address of your Company Information:

  1. Click on the user name drop down menu in the right of the header in Salesforce
  2. Click Setup
  3. In the left column, scroll down to Administration Setup
  4. Click Company Profile
  5. In the expanded menu, click Company Information
  6. Click Edit
  7. Alter the Organization Name and Address as you wish
  8. Click Save
