Why do I receive a " List has no rows for assignment to SObject" when trying to send an email?

There's a chance you might come across this scary looking Salesforce error message after clicking the Send button in your Soapbox Mailer Campaign: "List has no rows for assignment to SObject".  Not to worry, it's not as bad as it seems.  Here's a few troubleshooting tips to help you figure out what's going wrong.

1) Have you gone through the full installation process outlined in the Getting Started With Soapbox Mailer guide?

2) Have you included any content in the Edit HTML Body?  This is required for the email to be sent properly.

3) Have you included any content in the Edit Text Body?  This is required for the email to be sent properly.

4) Have you included the {!Campaign.EmailBodyHTML} merge field in your selected Email Template?  This is required for the email to be sent properly.

5) Have you properly named your Site as "sbx_EmailTracking"?  Learn more from this section of the Getting Started with Soapbox Mailer guide.
