When a recipient of your email campaign clicks a trackable link in your email, the Destination URL that they clicked from the Email Link is recorded in their Campaign Member record, along with a date/time stamp of when they clicked the link. There might be times where the time zone in these date/time stamps do not match your locality.
The date/time stamp is based on your organization's time zone configured in Salesforce. To set the time zone for this function, you'll need to set the time zone for your entire Salesforce organization. Here's how you can set the time zone for your Salesforce organization.
1) Setup > Company Profile > Company Information > Edit button
2) Update the value in the Default Time Zone field
3) Click the Save button
