Why can't I see a Campaign Member Record Type option when creating a new Campaign?


When creating a new Campaign, you should have the ability to determine both the Campaign Record Type and the Campaign Member Record Type.  If you don't see both options available, here's some troubleshooting tips to help you fix this.

1) Confirm that you have both a default and a "Soapbox Mailer" Campaign Member Record Type in your setup, based on this part of the Getting Started With Soapbox Mailer guide.
