When you send an email via Soapbox Mailer, the information regarding the opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes, and complaints for your recipients are stored on their Campaign Member records. 1) Go to the Contact record
2) Click on the "View" link in the Campaign History related list for the Campaign you want to investigate for that recipient
3) View the metrics on the Campaign Member record page
Alternatively, you could add additional columns in your Campaign History related list on the Contact record, so you can see these statistics immediately on the Contact record.
