Viewing and managing Shop Stores in the administrator

How you view and manage Shop Stores in the administrator is determined by the version of the Soapbox administrator your site has: Soapbox Lightning, Soapbox Engage Classic, or Soapbox CMS Classic.

For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox Lightning administrator:

To view and manage the five most recently modified Shop Stores within the Soapbox Engage administrator, go to the Shop Stores module on the home page of the administrator. From the module, you can create Stores as well as view and edit the five most recently modified Shop Stores.

To view and manage all Shop Stores, click View All in the Shop Stores module or in the App Launcher popup, do any of the following: a) in the Standard Apps section of the popup, click the Shop app tile and then the Stores menu item in the contextual navigation; b) scroll to the All Items section of the popup and click Shop > Stores; or c) type "Shop" in the search field and click Shop > Stores in All Items in the results.

For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox Engage Classic administrator:

To view and manage the five most recently modified Shop Stores within the Soapbox Engage administrator, go to the Shop Stores module on the home page of the administrator. From the module, you can create Stores as well as view and edit the five most recently modified Shop Stores.

To view and manage all Shop Stores, either click View All in the Shop Stores module or click Shop in the main menu. From the Stores Manager, you can create, edit, copy, publish, unpublish and delete Stores in the Shop app.

For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox CMS Classic administrator:

To view and manage Shop Stores within the Soapbox CMS administrator, go to Components > Soapbox Shop > Stores Manager in the main menu. From the Stores Manager, you can create, edit, copy, publish, unpublish and delete Stores in the Shop app.
