Why do I receive a "...can’t confirm if you’re eligible for this action based on the address provided." error message?

When using the Soapbox Engage Actions app, you may sometimes run into an alert message on the front-end view of an action that says, "We’re sorry, but we can’t confirm if you’re eligible for this action based on the address provided. If this is a business address, please try using a residential address instead."

Here's a few ways to solve this problem.

  1. If custom targets are used, make sure they have a "published" status
  2. Make sure you have a target assigned in the "Action" tab of the Action
