Problem
After the submission of a Soapbox Engage Donations app form, an Account record is incorrectly created with the record type "Organization", even though the user did not enter a value in the Organization field on the form.
Potentials Causes
- Confirm that there are no Salesforce automations (Flows, Process Builder, etc) that may set the Account record's record type incorrectly.
- Confirm that the Salesforce profile related to the integration user does not force the Account default record type to be "Organization"
