What is the Stage field value set by Soapbox Engage for a new created Salesforce Opportunity record?

The Soapbox Engage Donations, Events, and Shop apps all create Opportunity records with the Stage field's value set to "Closed Won", regardless of any default value set for that field in Salesforce.  No other Stage field value is set by these apps for Salesforce Opportunity records.
