Why are PayPal Standard donations not creating records in Salesforce?


If you're finding that donations made using the Soapbox Engage Donations app and PayPal Standard are not being sent to Salesforce after successful transaction, here's a few reasons why that might be.

  1. Confirm that the correct PayPal Standard email address is being used for the Donations app page in question
