Are rejected credit card transactions stored in the Soapbox Engage Donations app or Salesforce?


When a credit card transaction on the Soapbox Engage Donations app from a supported payment gateway is rejected (i.e. declined card, expired card, etc), the transaction is not recorded in the Donations app or Salesforce.
