After a visitor submits an Actions app action, they may see the following error on the success page.
Salesforce Error: INVALID_FIELD: No such column 'CountryCode' on entity 'Lead'. If you are attempting to use a custom field, be sure to append the '__c' after the custom field name. Please reference your WSDL or the describe call for the appropriate names.
This error typically means that the Actions app has Salesforce State & Country Picklists enabled, but the Salesforce org connected to Soapbox Engage does not have Salesforce State & Country Picklists enabled.
To fix this issue, do the following steps.
- Login to the Soapbox Engage administrator
- Go to the Actions app
- Go to the Actions app's Configuration tab
- Set the option Salesforce State and Country Picklist Enablement to "No"
- Click the Save button
