In order to use the TouchNet payment processor, you will need input credentials into Soapbox that will be provided by your TouchNet for your uPay Site Id, uPay Site URL, and T-Link Site URL. These parameters define both your account Id and the URL to which Soapbox will forward a visitor to complete payment for Donations and Events.
How you enter these credentials in Soapbox is determined by the version of the Soapbox administrator your site has: Soapbox Lightning, Soapbox Engage Classic, or Soapbox CMS Classic.
