Reordering form and text elements on Forms page

You may wish to reorder the form fields or text elements included on a Forms page:

1. Open the Forms page for which you wish to reorder fields
2. Click the Form tab
3. Locate the element you wish to reorder
4. Mouse over the + sign in the Order column of the elements table
5. Click and holding your mouse 
6. Drag and drop the chosen element to its desired position relative to the others
