Recording date of last login for user to Salesforce Contact record

created

If your site has a password-protected area and its users are connected to Salesforce Contact records in your Salesforce instance, you can use the Salesforce User Manager in Non-Profit Soapbox to record the most recent date a Contact logged in to your website. To do so, you must first create the field on the Contact object in Salesforce. After this field has been created:

  1. Go to Components > Salesforce Dashboard > User Manager
  2. Go to the Authentication Options tab
  3. For Log last visit date to Contact field, select the field on the Contact object in Salesforce you have created to store this data. NOTE: If the field does not appear in the drop down, clear the cache of your Salesforce data.
