If your site has a password-protected area and its users are connected to Salesforce Contact records in your Salesforce instance, you can use the Salesforce User Manager in Non-Profit Soapbox to record the most recent date a Contact logged in to your website. To do so, you must first create a custom date field on the Contact object in Salesforce. After this field has been created:
- Go to Components > Salesforce Dashboard > User Manager
- Go to the Authentication Options tab
- For Log last visit date to Contact field, select the field on the Contact object in Salesforce you have created to store this data. NOTE: If the field does not appear in the drop down, clear the cache of your Salesforce data.
