How can I duplicate a Forms page so I don't have to recreate it from scratch?

To copy a Forms page:

• Navigate to the Forms Manager
• Click on Form Manager
• Check the box next to the form that you want to copy 
• Click Copy at the top right hand side of the page
• You're done! Feel free to edit your new form as desired. The title will have the name "copy' in it so it should be easy to locate.
