When using the Soapbox Engage Actions app, you may sometimes run into an alert message on the front-end view of an action that says, "We’re sorry, but we can’t confirm if you’re eligible for this action based on the address provided. If this is a business address, please try using a residential address instead."
Here's a few ways to solve this problem.
- If custom targets are used, make sure they have a "published" status
- Make sure you have a target assigned in the "Action" tab of the Action
