At this time, cancelling a recurring donation series is unavailable from within the Soapbox Engage administrator for Soapbox Engage accounts using IATS as the payment gateway. In order to cancel a recurring donation series on IATS, an administrator needs to go directly to the IATS portal and directly cancel the recurring donation from within the IATS portal.
