Soapbox Engage can be integrated to Microsoft Fundraising and Engagement to ensure data flows from Soapbox Engage to Microsoft Dynamics. This support article outlines the steps to be followed to install the Soapbox Engage for Fundraising and Engagement app in a Microsoft environment.
- Create a new application user in the Power Platform admin center
- Sign in to the Power Platform admin center as a System Administrator.
- Click Environments, and then select an environment from the list.
- Click Settings.
- Click Users + permissions, and then click Application users.
- Click + New app user to open the Create a new app user page.
- Click + Add an app, choose the Soapbox Engage application, and then click Add.
- The Soapbox Engage app is displayed under App.
- Under Business Unit, select the appropriate business unit from the dropdown list.
- After choosing a business unit, you can click Edit for Security roles to choose security roles for the chosen business unit to add to the new application user. After adding security roles, click Save.
- Select Create.
