Soapbox Engage's custom template provides a highly customized design experience, typically made to match an organization's existing website. When any modifications need to be made to the custom template, such as in the header, footer, or styles, the Soapbox Engage support team will be the right team to lend a hand.
Here's some examples of when our support team will need to assist in updating a custom template.
- Modifying of links in the navigation bar
- Replacing a logo
- Changing style colors
- Any changes to the HTML or CSS of the custom template
Minor modifications to a custom template can be requested by creating a new support ticket via our support portal, selecting our support department, and providing specific details on the modifications to be made (i.e. the exact HTML to be replaced with exact new HTML).
