Soapbox Engage's Actions app enables organizations to create advocacy actions that deliver messages to decision makers.  Sometimes, visitors to these pages may receive the following error message after submitting an action.

An action can only be supported once

Here’s some potential causes and solutions for solving this problem.

 

Possible causes and solutions

1. Visitor has already submitted the action

It is possible that the user attempting to submit an action has already taken the action previously.  Users are only able to complete actions once.
