Viewing and managing Public Comment Targets for Actions in the administrator

How you view and manage Public Comment Targets in the administrator is determined by the version of the Soapbox administrator your site has: Soapbox Lightning, Soapbox Engage Classic, or Soapbox CMS Classic.

For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox Lightning administrator:

To view and manage Public Comment Targets, click the App Launcher waffle to the left of the navigation bar. In the App Launcher popup, do any of the following: a) in the Standard Apps section of the popup, click the Actions app tile and then the Public Comment Targets menu item in the contextual navigation; b) scroll to the All Items section of the popup and click Actions > Public Comment Targets; or c) type "Public Comment Targets" in the search field and click Actions > Public Comment Targets in All Items in the results.

For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox Engage Classic administrator:

To view and manage Public Comment Targets within the Soapbox Engage Classic administrator, click View All in the Actions Pages module or click Actions in the main menu. In the Actions Manager, click the Public Comment Targets tab. From the Public Comment Targets tab, you can create, edit, copy, publish, unpublish and delete Public Comment Targets in the Actions app.

For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox CMS Classic administrator:

To view and manage Public Comment Targets within the Soapbox CMS Classic administrator, go to Components > Actions > Public Comment Targets in the main menu. From the Public Comment Targets tab, you can create, edit, copy, publish, unpublish and delete Public Comment Targets in the Actions app.
