Why do visitors see "The provided API key has an IP address restriction...." error when submitting initial address form for an Action?

If visitors see an error beginning with "The provided API key has an IP address restriction..." when attempting to submit the initial address form for an Action, your Google Civic API key is likely restricted to IP addresses that do not include the Soapbox servers.

To address this, either a) remove the IP restrictions for your Google Civic API Key; or b) add the following IP addresses as valid to your Google Civic API Key:
