Braintree has been notifying customers via email of an upcoming change to their services that affects API traffic. We are aware of this scheduled change and are working to ensure Soapbox's services and your site are updated to work properly with Braintree's API without interruption. Once this process has been completed, we will post an update in our Soapbox Support Center Soapbox Engage and CMS Updates forum and include details in our monthly newsletter. This article will also be updated. To be notified immediately of the update, you can follow the Soapbox Engage and CMS Updates forum so that any new posts will be emailed to you. To follow the forum, ensure that you're logged in and click the Follow drop down in the upper right of the page and select "New articles". With the update to Soapbox on February 18, 2020, we've upgraded the integration with Braintree across the Donations, Events, and Shop apps to support upcoming changes to Braintree's services. This upgrade updates the version of the Braintree SDK used by Soapbox.
This update to Soapbox addresses both sandbox and production instances of Braintree. No further action is required on the part of Soapbox administrators.
