If your site has a password-protected area and its users are connected to Salesforce Contact records in your Salesforce instance, you can use the Salesforce User Manager in your Soapbox administrator to record the registration date of a user to their matching Contact record in Salesforce.
To do so, you must first create a custom date field on the Contact object in Salesforce. After this field has been created:
- Go to the Salesforce User Manager
- Go to the Registration Options tab
- For Log Registration Date, select the field on the Contact object in Salesforce you have created to store this data.
NOTE: If the field does not appear in the drop down, clear the cache of your Salesforce data.
- Click Save
