Why aren't Newsletter Signup and Receive Updates Sign-Up field values for an Action being saved to Salesforce?

If supporters who opt-in for the Newsletter Signup and Receive Updates Sign-Up options have these values stored in Soapbox but not in Salesforce, review the Lead object in your Salesforce instance to ensure that the following fields are present. If they are not, add them to the Lead object.
