Connecting Soapbox to Microsoft Dynamics

To connect your Soapbox Engage site to your Microsoft Dynamics account, you must first install the Soapbox Engage app into your Microsoft environment. For details on this step, please submit a support ticket.

Once you have installed the app in your Microsoft environment and created a Client Secret, do the following to connect Soapbox to your Microsoft Dynamics account:

  1. Login to your administrator
  2. In the right column of the control panel, click Microsoft Settings to expand the module
  3. Enter the following values in the module for your Microsoft account:
    1. For Directory (tenant) Id, enter this value from the Overview page of the Soapbox Engage app you installed in your Microsoft environment
    2. For Application (client) Id, enter this value from the Overview page of the Soapbox Engage app you installed in your Microsoft environment
    3. For Secret, enter this from the Client Secret you created in the Soapbox Engage app you installed in your Microsoft environment
    4. For Resource, enter the URL of your Microsoft Dynamics account (e.g., https://myprefix.crm.dynamics.com/)
  4. Click Save Microsoft Settings
