Boost recurring donations this giving season with the upsell prompt!Your team signs in to Soapbox Engage Onsite with the same username and password they use for your Soapbox administrator. There is no separate app account.
To sign in:
- Open the app at your site address followed by /sbxapp.
- For Username, enter the staff member's Soapbox username.
- For Password, enter their password.
- Tap Sign In.
Important: Only accounts at Manager, Administrator, or Super Administrator level can open the app. An account below that level can sign in to your website but is refused by Engage Onsite. See Giving your team access to Engage Onsite.
Staying signed in
The app keeps a staff member signed in while they are working. After a long period of inactivity the session ends and the app returns them to the sign-in screen rather than failing part-way through a transaction. Signing in again picks up where they left off.
Signing in without a password
On a device that supports Face ID, Touch ID, or a fingerprint reader, a staff member can add a passkey from the Profile screen and then tap Use Passkey to sign in. A passkey is registered per device, so someone using two devices registers on each one.
Signing out
Tap Profile, then sign out. On a shared device, sign out at the end of each shift — whoever is signed in is recorded as the person who collected each payment.
