Updating an existing Braintree webhook to record subscription cancellations in Soapbox

As of October 2022, Soapbox can process webhook notifications that are sent when a Subscription is cancelled directly with Braintree. If you have have an existing webhook with Braintree that fires only on the Charged Successfully event, you can update it to include the Canceled event to use this functionality.

To do so:

1. Login to Braintree
2. Go to Settings > Webhooks
3. For the webhook you wish to update, click Edit
4. For Canceled, check the box
5. Click Save

Once this event has been added to the endpoint, any Subscription cancelled in Braintree will be automatically updated as cancelled in Soapbox.
